Amadeo Rossi S.A. M518 .22LR 6 shot stainless revolver. Well made budget S&W copy from a bygone era
This has been in the bowels of my safe for a while, time to get it out and see the light of day. Not a lot about these online.
As near as I can figure this was made during a time when S&W parent company also owned Rossi and Taurus, and there were some crossover pistols between the three brands.
Often the Rossi’s are worn out, loose, and the cheapest of the three brands, but this one was a gem.
Barely shot, target hammer, smooth light action, high polish stainless, recessed cylinder… this is a diamond in the rough.
