#SRINAGAR: On taking oath as cabinet minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Independent MLA Satish Sharma says, "...I congratulate the people of Jammu and Kashmir that they have formed a stable government. We have to serve the people. I also congratulate CM Omar Abdullah that he gave Jammu its due share.
