UX Tip 20 - Show video card with more relevant info
The second one is better. I am gonna give you some reasons below:
1- Provide to Users more information about video. Such as: the duraction, the date and the author. Last one, could be optional. It's up to you.
2- Card video with laking information could decrease the ROI and the User Experience.
