75 Hard Challenge | First 15 Days | Complete Routine and Guide
75 Hard is one of the most difficult challenges, and 95 percent of people who take this challenge fail. I took this challenge and am keeping up with the routine from the last 15 days.
What is 75 Hard?
75 Hard Challenge is designed to improve the fitness of humans and develop a great lifestyle and routine to transform their bodies and lives. It is a great asset used by people in their weight loss journey.
There are basically five rules that you have to follow for 75 days without fail and if you fail at it any day you will have to start from day 1 all over again.

The five Rules are :
1) Two Workouts of at least 45 minutes each every day. One of them should be outdoors.
2) Read 10 Pages of any Non fictional book everyday. ( In this world full of people having short attention spans, thanks for noticing that I forgot to mention this in the introduction, now stick till the end and watch the whole video)
3) Drink at least 4 liters of water every day.
4) Follow a similar type of diet. No Junk food or restaurant hopping. No smoking, No alcohol or Drugs.
5) Take a progress picture every day.
