I have a previous post which explains the configuration from SCCM Desktop Analytics (1902 Technical Preview) side.

Set up Desktop Analytics using the video tutorial.

Use this procedure to sign in to Desktop Analytics and configure it in your subscription. This procedure is a one-time process to set up Desktop Analytics for your organization.

Open the Desktop Analytics portal in Microsoft 365 Device Management as a user with Global Admin permissions. Select Start.

On the Accept service agreement page, review the service agreement, and select Accept.

On the Confirm your subscription page, the list of required qualifying licenses are for Windows device health features of Desktop Analytics. Select Next to continue.
Login to Azure Portal with Global Admin
