With the launch of Season 22 Shockwave within Apex Legends, Controller Legends including Caustic, Rampart, Catalyst, and Wattson received a brand new class perk known as Zone Overcharge. This perk allows these Legends to gain 25 extra shield capacity while inside the current safe zone.
In the Season 22 patch notes, it was mentioned that Controller Legends wouldn't be able to go beyond Red Shield, but there seems to exist a Green EVO Shield which can absorb 175 damage!
