The easiest pasta dish!!! Cacio e Pepe!!!! Just add pepper, cheese and pasta water!! Yum!!
Finally got unpacked enough to cook our first meal in our new Atlanta apartment!!!!! Inspired by our trip to Italy last year, Cacio e Pepe was first up!!!! While traveling around Italy last year, we took a pasta making class where everyone got to make our very own pasta from scratch and then we got to choose whichever sauce we wanted and they cooked it for us!!! Well, a year later, inspired by our trip, I decided to switch it up and buy the pasta and make the sauce from scratch! After watching lots of videos it seemed fairly easy and straightforward and although it did come out delicious, next time I think I’ll check for the proportions of pepper to cheese to pasta water! 😆😆😆 Let me know your tips in the comments!!!!
