We discuss the stability of wage disparities when human capital and job attributes are considered, and reveal significant differences in the gender wage gap among white, black, and Hispanic workers. The analysis highlights that parenthood-related wage gaps are primarily a significant issue for white workers, with less impact observed in black and Hispanic groups.
