You can bring your own tube or buy one at Zion Outfitters (they don't rent anymore) and then drop in at the bridge by the West Entrance of Zion.

After you float down 2 miles you will pass under three bridges, then get out at the third bridge and you will be at the Springdale community park. Deflate and dry your tube to get on a shuttle back to where you parked. If you're very wet and your tube isn't deflated, you won't be allowed on the free public shuttle.

When to go: the middle of May (colder) to late June (warmer) has the best water flow. When water levels are low, this won't be any fun.

PS... Zion NPS does not allow tubing inside the park. So start your journey near the West Entrance of Zion.
