LSPDFR Spike Strip Mod
Spike Strip lets you deploy a line of spikes to stop fleeing cars. In this video, I demonstrate it's effectiveness on a variety of cars. The mod is not perfect as it does have trouble stopping large trucks and some cars in busy areas
