In this episode of Emergency Response Liberty County, Zany attempts to play hard ball with police officers and promises to end the video as soon as he's caught or killed. Starting as a criminal, police officers in Liberty County are unable to arrest Zany. After robbing the jewelry store, Zany is somehow, able to evade 2 police officers even while one is standing right by Zany's getaway car with his weapon drawn. Zany remains unseen and is able to get behind the wheel and make his getaway. This is by far the worst group of cops ever as Zany takes them on a high speed chance and is able to get away from more than 3 pursuing officers. At one point, one police officer is able to effectively make an arrest, but he manages to miss Zany and therefore ranks as part of the worst group of cops ever in ERLC!
