Itai Anghel is a war documentary filmmaker and correspondent. He travels by himself to the most dangerous places in the world to document the life of the people living under fire in constant conflict. Itai Anghel is a staff reporter for Uvda, a television news program on Channel 12 Keshet. In 2017 Anghel received the 'Sokolov Award' which is Israel's highest award for journalism. Anghel is also a lecturer of history and international relations. In this video, Anghel shares how he approaches his work when he arrives at the frontline, and why it is important to share the suffering of the majority who are peace-loving people living in war because of an extreme minority.
