INGREDIENTS
• For marinating the soya chaap
Soya chaap 500 gm
Whisked Curd 3/4 cup
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Kitchen King masala 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
• For making gravy
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Oil-4 -5 tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 2 nos.
Cloves 3 nos.
Green cardamom 2 nos.
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Black cardamom 1 no.
Asafoetida(hing)- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger grated- 1 tsp
Green chillies 3-4 nos. (slit)
Tomatoes 4-5 medium size (coarsely pureed)
Kashmiri Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Dhaniya jeera powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
