[nhancv] Distribute fund with TxMixer
Step 1: Sender creates a config with 'tx-mixer'. Fill the receiver's address with a fund. Can be multi receivers
Step 2: Sender deposit to Mixer
Step 3: Send redeem data to the receiver. He can withdraw the fund with 'tx-redeem'.
