Simple WoW Guide - Full House Solo (Heroic)
Step 1: Clear the trash
Step 2: Engage Lady Deathwhisper, don't dps her mana shield down (stay in phase 1), and let the adds start spawning.
Step 3: Let 5 diffrent adds spawn - Cult/Reanimated/Empowered Adherents, Cult/Reanimated/Deformed Fanatics, or a Deathspeaker Disciple
Step 4: Leave the mobs up and kill Lady Deathwhisper
Congrats on earning Full House and beating Lady Deathwhisper on Heroic!

Apparently there are some complications to this achievement that have come about since Wrath. I my self did not run into a problem. Unfortunately at this time all you can do is try it each week until it works. I wish I could help more but that is up to Blizzard and as we all know, they don't tend to patch old content. That being said, most people do not have a problem with it.
