Calibration Cell & Measurement Lab @ Darshan University (NABL Approved)
Mechanical Calibration Cell at Darshan University has been granted accreditation by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in the discipline of mechanical calibration in the scope of Vernier Caliper, External Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator and Bevel Protractor. The Calibration Cell is also facilitated with different master equipment like Caliper Checker, Set of Slip Gauge (Grade 0), Angle Block & Dial Calibration Tester as per NABL standards.
The Mechanical Measurement laboratory of Darshan University is well-equipped with modern and sophisticated industrial instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometers, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Bevel Protector, Sine Bar, Slip Gauges, Special-Purpose Gauges, Roughness Tester and many more.
Students can perform hands-on practice with different mechanical measuring instruments and master equipment, which are being used in the industries for the real application with accuracy & precision.
All these facilities provide a platform to the students for the learning of internationally accepted standards, measuring instruments, calibration techniques, GD&T and drawing reading.
