This Rich Chocolate cake is also called Devil's food cake and is the chocolate version of angel food cake; it's airy and light but rich in chocolate flavor. The light and airy texture—yet potent chocolate flavor—is a result of cocoa powder as well as extra baking soda and oil / butter.

All Purpose Flour 1&1/2 Cup (or cake flour) (180g)
Coca powder 1/2 Cup (50g )

Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 cup (250ml)
