10% Haste Overclocked Singularity w/ Rapid Brutality!
The new perk from Xenomorph called "Rapid Brutality" gives a 5% speed boost after getting a basic attack for 10 seconds, but removes your ability to gain bloodlust. This perk is generally seen as not very strong, and sometimes even a detriment, but on this build with Singularity, we get a ton of value with it combined with an addon that gives us haste after a teleport.
