This poor dog rescued by Three Little Pitties Rescue:
"Meet Mowgli, Three months ago, You was breaked our hearts. He was found dragging a long chain. Olivia to the rescue again! She could not say no to this sweet boy. She is also an amazing foster mama who loves to take on the medical cases and care for them while they heal.
One months after rescued: Well he scabbed, shedded some of the scabs and he’s got new, fresh baby skin in those spots and THEN he will get hair back! His spirits are much higher and he’s a super sweet boy!
And today after three months: Well look at him now! This gorgeous boy will be available for adoption soon and he really has come a long long way!"
