In this video we'll learn about velocity vectors in 1D and 2D motion. First we'll talk about velocity vectors and what the x and y components of the velocity really mean, and how to think about negative components. Then we'll learn how to find the components, magnitude and angle of a velocity vector. Finally, we'll look at some example problems to illustrate how the x and y motions are independent of each other.
