According to a new book, the late Queen was “furious” that Prince Harry and Megan Markle named their child ‘Lilibet’ after her. But should you always ask for permission to use someone’s name for your child? Janet argues in this case there absolutely is- and says it was insensitive to give the late-monarch's family ‘private’ nickname to name their child, while Brenda disagrees, and asks how can it be private if everyone knows about it anyway? Christine believes carrying a family name on is a nice nod to people you’ve lost or respect.
