This is Part 5 of the MySQL Beginner Tutorials series. In this video, we talk about creating tables in MySQL. We cover all major datatypes used for creating the structure of a table including numeric(integer, float, decimal), string(char, varchar, text) and date and time datatypes. We also explain the difference between char and varchar as that confuses a lot of students.
