Notice the words you use to describe yourself. Sensitive. Extroverted. Empathetic. Intense. Emotional. See how YOU feel when you use them. A lot of times these words carry weight we've attached to them or others have.

Do you feel empowered and hopeful? More like yourself and connected to others? Or is there another word you can use? No right or wrong way to describe yourself, just notice how you feel with what you say.
