Using Masks in Lightroom for Beginners: Isolate the Subject

In this case, we'll be working with a beautiful photograph of a Lizard that I captured in Hawaii. With the help of Lightroom's powerful masking tools, we'll be diminishing the distracting background elements and cropping the image to a square to really focus the attention on the lizard.
Through a step-by-step process, we'll show you how to use Lightroom's brush tool to accurately mask the subject and then make adjustments to the color, brightness, and lots more to create a stunning image. We'll also go over some tips and tricks to help you achieve the best results when using masks in Lightroom.
