I’ve been wanting to make an undercover AU edit for quite some time now and ever since I watched Dark Matter, I had this idea in mind. I'm so glad the new season of The Rookie has delivered the scenes I needed to finally bring this idea to life.

Synopsis:
Lucy gets sent on another undercover operation with a fellow detective she has worked with in the past. They have history and always remained really good friends. They’re also a great team, all of their uc operations so far have been quite successful. But this operation takes a terrible turn when the guy they’re playing finds out they're not who they say they are.
