How to Create Private Channel in Teams | Create Private Channel in Teams | Private Channel in Teams
In Microsoft Teams, we can create a Team channel to discuss a specific topic with specific team members. However, if you want to discuss a specific topic with a few members of your team, we can create a private channel.
Whenever you create a private channel, a lock icon will appear next to the channel. Also, we can not move the channel to any other team. It will only be available on the team where we created this.
In a Private team channel we can add team members or guests to a private channel. The user should already be a team member; otherwise, we can not add them. A team owner or a member can be able to create a private channel. We can create a maximum of 30 private channels, each with a maximum of 250 members.
