➡️ The first is our worldly knowledge - the sum of what we've learned through schools, colleges, courses, universities, and books. This knowledge shapes our ability to reason, analyse, and understand the world around us. 📚🧐

The more we accumulate and apply this knowledge, the more 'intelligent' we tend to be in conventional terms. 😎

➡️ However, there's another dimension to intelligence that goes beyond the accumulation of facts and information. It's the ability to know things without any concrete proof or evidence.

In yoga, this inner dimension is known as the 'Vigyanmaya Kosha,' one of the five sheaths or layers of our existence, representing the layer of wisdom and intuitive knowledge. (Taittriya Upanishad)💡

This is our collective wisdom, engrained in our DNA, the wisdom of the universe that flows through us or the knowing that comes from years of experience in an area ✨

One way to tap into this is through the practice of 'maun' or silence 😶

Other practices that can help us nurture our intuition can be:

🧘🏻‍♀️ Meditation: Regular meditation helps quieten the mind, improve focus, and enhances self-awareness. It can lead to deeper insights and a heightened sense of intuition

🧘🏻‍♀️ Mindfulness: Living in the present moment, being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations, can sharpen your intuition

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga Asanas: Physical postures in yoga can create a harmonious connection between the body and mind, facilitating a clearer channel for intuitive wisdom

🧘🏻‍♀️ Journaling: Keeping a journal to record your thoughts, dreams, and intuitive insights can help you recognize patterns and develop your intuition over time

🧘🏻‍♀️ Connection with Nature: Spending time in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of urban life, can have a grounding and intuitive-enhancing effect
