Exercises at home from "Iron Arnie". This workout is great for using at home as you only need a minimum of equipment and the effect of the workout is amazing! Exercises allow you to use all muscle groups, thus you get a ready-made workout at home. If you do not have enough load - use additional weight to make your muscles grow. I recommend doing each exercise 3-4 times so that the workout is complete. The number of repetitions is shown in the video, rest between sets is 2-3 minutes!
