VS Code Tips — Box/Column selection in the terminal
Need to select a column of output in VS Code's integrated terminal? Just hold down option/alt while clicking and dragging. This selects a rectangular area of text instead of selecting lines
This is a useful way to copy just a column or two of tabular terminal output
