This is the sound of the tornado when Dorothy returns to the farmhouse. since there's no clean version of it, i simply restored it by using the audio track that is easily found on the dvd track called "music and effects" with the other sounds removed such as horse sounds and used pusedo stereo on audacity to make it stereo mixed
