So the wet winter and fall/autumn has been replaced by a very hot and dry January! Fortunately our Persian sheep are hardy and seem to thrive in the drier weather. They’re living the remaining long, dry grass and green shoots below.
Yes we have snakes, so are always very cautious walking around, and we even check the buggy roof and tray for any creepie crawlies before setting off.
Today, at 5pm, it is 35c or 95f. Oh well, summer was eventually due to come!
