Dark and Light: Deadly Ranger
So this is the 2nd video in the series of overpowered aspects of Dark and Light.
In this video I briefly show how you, the player can be a monster with a bow and play as a Ranger. Certain gear sets now have functions due to the extra stats they gain from forging. The ranger set favors speed as players forge it. Combine 2 pieces (chest and legs) with fully forged boots from one of the cave bosses and you have your ranger gear setup.
I personally use Ranger gear for taming and sometimes running around the invasion events farming metal cast from the elementals.
Update: Recent changes to the game have made for some slightly different things. For example the Ranger gear is now called Travelers. Speed seems to be nerfed slightly as well. However, its still pretty high as I recently (Feb 2019) died over by the waterfalls out at the edge of the plains and spawned over at Elf village and ran all the way over there with no issues (had to go get my WR that was flying in the air).
