We divide all food products into three categories: Red, Yellow, or Green 🌈
The secret to knowing which category a food belongs to? It’s all in the ingredient list - Packet Ghumao, aur Pata Lagao!
🔴 Red List
Highly processed
Ingredients have long chemical names you can’t even pronounce 🧪
You won’t find these ingredients in a kitchen. So they shouldn’t be in your body either.
These are foods to avoid completely. ❌
🟡 Yellow List
Minimally processed
Clean Ingredients that don’t have chemical names; you can easily pronounce them.
Ingredients you’d recognise and might even have in your kitchen. 🥄
Safe to consume these occasionally. 👍🏻
🟢 Green List
They might come in packets or bottles, but they’re unprocessed.
Do not contain ingredients but are wholesome ingredients themselves! Think nuts, seeds, whole grains and pure oils. 🌰🥜
Can be consumed freely and abundantly.
