6-floor shopping center housing a supermarket, offices & a handful of casual dining options. It is Glomac’s venture into mall management and ownership. So Glomac is holding it as an investment property. There are 200 retail lots with a 4-storey carpark of over 800 parking bays. Located in the heart of the matured Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), this mall adds convenience to occupants of the high-rise Glomac Damansara Residences and also caters to the nearby affluent Taman Tun Doctor Ismail. Located on Jalan Damansara connecting with the SPRINT Highway, LDP and North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). 3 Damansara opposite the SPRINT Highway. The Starling 700 meters away.
Completed in 2016.
What about public transport?
I have to point out the fact that Glo Damansara has direct connection MRT access with TTDI MRT station. A covered walkway is provided. Often people would comment that a location has low foot traffic because of lack of public transport. However, on Reddit, users stated that competition is high with the next MRT being One Utama.
Maintenance
Maintenance of the place is mixed. There was window cleaning taking place as you can see. Toilets were also well maintained and lit. However, 3 escalators were not working.
There is no edit in terms of camera exposure. The mall is a little on the darker side in terms of overall lighting. It does not have the open glass roof top which I recall from Starling Mall which allows natural light.
Glomac Damansara Residence is the adjoining freehold serviced residence. It has 25 floors housing 153 units.
