How to Fix AMD Radeon Software not Recording/Capturing Microphone Audio in Gameplay/Desktop Recording!
I kept recording gameplay and my desktop and the audio would pick up the gameplay/desktop sounds and even my teammates voices could be heard (and they could hear me) but my Microphone wouldn't get picked up through the recording no matter what I did to fix the issue - UNTIL I TRIED THIS!

Run Registry Editor as administrator
Traverse to computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AMD\DVR
Set 'AudioInputCaptureEnabled' to 1
Set 'AudioOutputCaptureEnabled' to 1
Restart computer and should be good to go
