These are the famous and overfilmed glass elevators at the Pacific tower of the Westin St.Francis. The Pacific tower is opened in 1971 and went through several upgrades. I guess the elevators were modernised twice during the rather short 46 year interval. However, the compass system handles the traffic like a boss(unlike Miconic 10) and the elevators are very fun and exciting to ride. The wooden cab looks awesome and makes the elevator feel cozy. A must ride bank of elevators if you are visiting SF.

The historic tower also features Otis Compass elevators which I haven't filmed.
