DDP Motorsports Hooligan Turbocharger install is completed on this customers Cummins Ram 2500!

This turbocharger has been out for quite some time now and is gaining quite the attraction from customers who have the dreaded turbo actuator issue. As a lot of you know, the actuator can damaged from the turbocharger sticking. I will go more in depth in another video. I will also post the link to the troubleshooting guide for reference.
