My last train ride on Sydney’s T3 Bankstown Line
This video was filmed on 18th September 2024 when I specially visited Puncbowl Railway Station with the intention of filming and documenting my last train ride on the T3 Bankstown Line.
The service I filmed was the 5.40 am City Circle service, which has been operated for years with the K set of trains. With the impending closure of the line from 30th September 2024 onwards for the purpose of constructing a metro line, I had to document this piece of history for you'll.
I filmed the train entering Punchbowl Station, the doors opening, the interior of the carriage as well as some announcement inside the carriage, the doors opening at Wiley Park Railway Station, the doors closing prior to the trains departure from Wiley Park and the train moving onwards to the city from Wiley Park.
