Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS) is a framework designed to help organizations scale Scrum to larger projects and teams. Co-created by Ken Schwaber, one of the original signatories of the Agile Manifesto, SPS offers a lightweight and flexible approach to scaling that focuses on empowering teams and enabling them to deliver value more quickly and effectively. At its core, SPS emphasizes the principles of Scrum, including transparency, inspection, and adaptation, while providing guidance on how to apply these principles to larger and more complex projects. Compared to other scaling frameworks such as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SPS offers a more flexible, lightweight streamlined and adaptable approach that can be customized to fit the unique needs of each organization. In this video, we will explore the NEXUS Guide for Scaled Professional Scrum from Ken Schwaber's company Scrum.org and you will see why it is a more Agile and expandable choice compared to SAFe for organizations looking to scale Scrum.

Be careful how you scale. I recommend this approach.

Don't choose the poor method that is more predictive than anything else. So weighty! Too weighty and destructive. You know the one I mean. Start with a simple Scrum of Scrums and if you must or need more, choose Nexus before trying anything else. 100%!
