Scrum Master as a Change Agent
Agility is organizations ability to continuously adapt their products and services to meet customer needs. Agility is also constrained by the prevailing mental models in the organization. Human beings generally create an image of something or someone based on the learning from surroundings called as Mental Model or Perceptions. These mental models act as constraints for agility as people resist change due to preconceived notions. In order to sustain the change and continuous improvement, we need someone to constantly remind us about these mental models and help us see things from a different perspective. The Scrum Masters are such change agents.
