Chad Tucker is the Manager for Solution Engineering for the Content & Process Automation team. The Content team supports clients using enterprise content management platforms, such as Perceptive Content (formerly ImageNow) and OnBase by Hyland, and intelligent data capture solutions with advanced OCR, such as Kofax and Brainware by Hyland.

"My most important function is to improve back-office automation of clients' software so their employees can focus on providing value-added activities for customers, rather than being bogged down with tedious clerk work," Chad explains.
