The PTE Patch 4.0 is an Unofficial Update by me "Del Choc" with the help of other modders like "cesc" and more, released now for PES 2019 and Compatible with the new Data Pack 4.02! Also the PTE Patch 4.0 for PES 2019 has new FacePacks, new Stadiums Pack and new BootsPack. This video will guide you how to Install the PES 2019 PTE Patch 4.0 on your PC, and how to turn off Live Updates for PES 2019!
