If the last episode of Wartales was about unexpected crime, then this episode starts off with inevitable consequences. But don't let this Dostoevskyish pretext fool you, in this episode we're going a little more Andrew Fleming and pulling a bit of a Hamlet 2. We've left a lot of jobs undone in Vertruse, but since we can't go through all the guard patrols anyway maybe it's time to make some good of it and save some people's lives tonight. Wartales has DNA from a lot of other games, including Battle Brothers, Kenshi, and Mount and Blade. It's well worth the price right now and I'm excited to see where this game goes towards release. Intimated as hell, yes. But excited.
