Most FLEXIBLE Character in Genshin Impact | UPDATED Raiden Shogun Guide 2024
I have had a C0 Raiden since her re run banner and Raiden Shogun has always felt like a strong character even currently in Fontaine. Just because Hyperbloom Raiden does more damage at C0 don't let that stop you from playing the game the way you want to play it.
