ACTUALLY BROKEN - Dauntless Tempest Chain Blade Build for End Game - Patch 1.10.3.
Hey folks,
Decided to set the record straight on Tempest style builds using the new Invigorated Cell. The key to the build is actually knowing how PART DAMAGE works vs CORE DAMAGE. In order to make the build actually do impressive damage while having the ability to wreck behemoths with Tempest, we have to balance the movement speed pump ups with actual damage (and attack speed).
The result is clear using the Malkarion Chain Blades bonded with the Sahvyt for extra umph!
