Tony Blair's video message to CLV
With the help of Chrissy Munro from the Tony Blair Sports Foundation, we have provided many leadership opportunities for the year 9 and 10 Sports Leaders cohorts. A highlight of the year was when the year 9 group volunteered at the Marathon of the North in Sunderland.
As a token of his appreciation for the hard work that our students have done to promote grass roots sports and opportunities in the region, former Prime Minister Tony Blair sent a video message to CLV to be shown at the annual Sports Awards Evening.
