I have owned many cars throughout my life. I think about 20 vehicles total. For many many years, I would perform the oil changes myself which was usually around $50 in total for both the oil and filter. As I have gotten older, I am starting to see the many benefits of paying to have my oil changed by a shop, garage and/or dealership. In this video, I talk about the positives and negatives (pros and cons) of doing oil changes yourself versus paying a shop or someone else to do the oil changes for you.
