Thermal Radar is a network-based thermal surveillance solution that provides constant 360-degree situational awareness. By rapidly rotating a FLIR Boson thermal sensor and running edge analytics, Thermal Radar can scan hundreds of acres every two seconds for unwanted intruders - both vehicles and people.
While most perimeter protection occurs "on the edge," Thermal Radar works from the "inside-out," providing wide-area coverage - a cost-effective strategy that reduces the number of cameras needed to secure an area.
Thermal Radar integrates with Milestone's XProtect to display the full 360-degree thermal detection area, an integrated geospatial map of detected target locations, and event alerts.
Thermal Radar's Hydra solution incorporates laser-illuminated and infrared (IR) PTZ cameras. When Thermal Radar detects a threat, it sends a slew-to-cue command to the PTZ for enhanced intelligence and target identification.
