Here are the Steps to Change Color of PNG File in Adobe illustrator
1) Minimize Illustrator
2) Drag & Drop Image
3) Click Direct Selection Tool
4) Click Image Trace
5) Click 16 Color
6) Click Expand
7) Click Anywhere Outside the Page
8) Click on the Part You Want to Color
9) Double click on Fill
10) Select the Color & Click OK Button
11) Do Same with Other Parts of Image
12) Done!
