Lima, Ohio Train Show Finds
Here are my Train Show Finds Today:
Lionel 6-9807 Stroh's Beer Reefer Car Standard "O"
MTH Rail King Baltimore and Ohio rounded corners boxcar with generator
Lionel 17223 Milwaukee Road Double Door Boxcar Standard "O"
MTH Rail king 603921 Chessie PS-2 Discharge Hopper Car
Weaver PS-2 B&O CSX 34' Covered Hopper
Lionel 6-27223 Ontario Northland Double Door Boxcar with truck frames
Great train show. There were many of vendors all around. It was nice to see a different selection of train cars than I usually see. Sometimes I feel that you see the same ol' same ol' cars over and over. This was our first time going to this show and will definitely be back again.
If you are ever in the Lima area...
There is a great train park. It is called Lincoln Park (not the band) and has the last steam locomotive built at the Lima Works.
Go to Kewpee for a burger. Very delicious and has a retro vibe to the restaurant.
